Veľa zaujímavej módy, blesky fotoaparátov a krásne modelky – to a mnoho ďalšieho priniesla vo
štvrtok 7. marca Check Czech Fashion Show 2013. Tou ožila galéria Národnej technickej knižnice v
Prahe, a ako už názov napovedá, na jej organizácii sa podieľal tím projektu Check Czech Fashion.
Počas jednotlivých prehliadok svoju tvorbu predstavila šestica mladých návrhárok – Denisa Dovalová,
Monika Vaverová, Michaela Čapková, Vendula Niklová, Petra Ptáčková a Kristina Synek by Zajaty.

Denisa Dovalová
Denisa bola už odmalička priťahovaná svetom umenia a módnej tvorby, preto sa rozhodla pre
štúdium na Univerzite Tomáša Baťu v Zlíne, kde tento rok ukončí bakalársky odbor Design odevu.
Svoju budúcnosť vidí samozrejme v oblasti módy, nebránila by sa však ani inej kreatívnej činnosti,
ktorá by ju napĺňala rovnako ako módne návrhárstvo.
Monika Vaverová
MIMO je vlastná módna značka, pod ktorou Monika tvorí svoje modely. Za sebou má štúdium odevného
návrhárstva na Vyššej odbornej škole odevného návrhárstva v Prahe. Spolupracovala napríklad s
pánskou módnou značkou Jozef Sloboda, a to ako Junior fashion designer. Jej modely v sebe snúbia
originalitu, nevšedné prvky, ale aj nositeľnosť.
Michaela Čapková
Dreft Fashion Week 2012, Miss Academia 2011, Designblok 2011 a mnoho ďalších – to sú akcie, na
ktorých bolo možné vidieť Michaeline modely. Tvorbe sa venuje od roku 2006 a momentálne je
študentkou odboru Design odevu v 3. ročníka Univerzity Tomáša Baťu v Zlíne. V roku 2011 vytvorila
vlastnú módnu značku MIM, ktorej inšpirácia vychádza okrem iného z tvorby japonských
dizajnérov.
